1. What happens after I choose a plan? 


Once a particular plan is selected, the bank details will be provided to make the payment. 

A copy of the same information will be shared over the registered email ID once you click the option ‘Send via email’.


2. How does the validity of a plan work? 


For the Lite plan, there is no validity. You can use the recharge amount until it is exhausted. 

For the plans with validity, consider you have chosen a ‘Premium’ plan for a ‘Pan product’ which is valid for ‘6 months’.  Below are the two possibilities: 


Renewal: Once the validity is expired, you will have to renew your current plan or select a new plan of your choice. Per transaction cost for a Product will be applicable based on the rate under the Plan selected. In case there is an existing balance at the time of renewal, your balance amount will be added to the new balance. 


Top up: If you have consumed the complete recharge amount before your plan expires, you can make a top-up for any amount between Rupees 1000 to 50 lakhs, depending on your consumption and the time to expiry of the plan. This is also applicable if the wallet balance is exhausted and plan is still active.

3. How does it impact my validity if I upgrade to a new pricing plan? 


With the new plan, validity will also get automatically updated. The plan  will get effective immediately after making the payment.
