1. Do I need any prior approval to test the products?


For a few products, you do require prior approval. You can make a request for these products from the "Product" catalogue. For more information, please get intouch with our support team. 


2. How much time does it take for a product to get approved? 


The request usually takes 4 to 12 hours to be approved. We will be available from Monday to Friday during the working hours between 9 am to 7 pm. Incase of an urgency, please talk to the Account Manager or Support specialist. You may also raise a query by creating a ticket. 


3. What if my product request is rejected? 


Please drop a mail to your dedicated Account Manager. You can find your Account Manager’s contact details under the ‘Business Information’ section. 


Note - Product request once rejected can be solicited after a period of 45 days.
